The raisin paste / puree possesses a mild sweet odor and flavor, free from musty, moldy, earthy, and other undesirable off-flavors. No anti-oxidants, additives, sulphating agents, or artificial flavors are used. Raisin paste mixture, so all the nutrients and goodness in the raisins are preserved. The thick paste is sweet and great for making cakes, muffins and desserts. Raisins are good sources of vitamins, potassium and fiber.
