Carrot puree is a smooth, creamy puree made from cooked carrots. It can be used as a side dish, as a sauce or as an ingredient in other dishes. To make carrot puree, carrots are peeled, chopped, and boiled until very tender. The cooked carrots are then mashed or blended until a smooth consistency is achieved. Carrot puree can be served either warm or cold.
Made from 100% carrots, our puree contains a rich source of nutrients, while its low in calories and fat, and is naturally gluten-free. Plus, it's non-GMO and high in Vitamin A and fibre.
