Produced from natural and sound figs that are cleaned and are extruded through series of screen.  The paste possesses a sweet odor and flavor, free from musty, moldy, earthy, and other undesirable off-flavors. No anti-oxidants, additives, sulphating agents, or artificial flavors are used. 

Fig paste or fig spread is made in a way that all the nutrients and goodness in the dates are preserved. The thick paste is sweet and great for making cakes, biscuits, muffins, fruit bars and desserts. Figs are good sources of vitamins, potassium and fibre.

This product is used as source of fibre as well as a natural sweetener in bakeries and confectioneries.
