Produced from natural and sound figs that are throughly cleaned by passing through multiple careening and sorting stages including x-ray and laser sorting machines.  
These beautiful sun-ripened figs have a sweet odor and flavor, free from musty, moldy, earthy, and other undesirable off-flavors. No anti-oxidants, additives, sulphating agents, or artificial flavors are used. 

This product is used as source of fibre as well as a natural sweetener in mixed fruits and nuts, trail mixes, bakeries and confectioneries.
