Powder: that is, apple ground to dust. Apple powder is an excellent concentrate of flavour and aroma. Ideal as an addition to confectionery products, breakfast products, ready-made oatmeal and porridge, food for animals. Apple powder is not soluble in liquids. When added to water or milk, it forms a thick solution, e.g. with the density of a mousse or cocktail.
