Characteristics

Produced on fully automated line to ensure minimum human touch from sound whole dates, our chopped dates are exceptional in terms of quality being the only chopped dates product which is double laser sorted, X-ray sorted and handpicked under IFS & BRC system.
Our laser sorters are equipped with an extra board enabling the machine to detect and reject the foreign objects from Chopped dates with highest level of accuracy.

Chopped dates are coated with either rice flour or dextrose powder ensuring a free flow product.

Chopped Dates are available in two quality classes: Grade AA or RTU* Grade.
*Various cutting sizes and slices size options are available.
