Produced from dates that are cleaned and pitted. The pieces are dehydrated and dried and then finely ground to derive Dates powder which can be used as a natural sweetener in place of refined sugar.
Dates powder are not refined and are naturally extracted from the dried dates and does not possess a strong flavour. Date powder is  100% pure dates without additives.
