The Syrup possesses a sweet odor and flavor, free from musty, moldy, earthy, and other undesirable off-flavors. No anti-oxidants, additives, sulphating agents, or artificial flavors are used. To produce Date Syrup, dates fruits pass through the process of separation of calyx and seeds, cleaning, drying, moisturizing, polishing, sterilization, pressing, cooling and packing as major production steps. Date syrup is made in a way that all the nutrients and goodness in the dates are preserved. The brown dates syrup is sweet and great for making cakes, biscuits, muffins,fruit bars and desserts. Dates are good sources of vitamins, potassium and fiber. This product is used as source of fiber as well as a natural sweetener alternative for sugar in bakeries and confectioneries.
